Collaborated with multiple stakeholders at a Global Retailer to develop comprehensive IT solutions to modernize store technologies in order to improve customer experience, improve retail KPIs, and reduce costs by clearly defining TCO for new store technologies.

Developed and oversaw deployment of Digital Signage Solution for retail stores. Phase 1 deployment included design, procurement, staging, configuration, deployment, installation, and level 2 HelpDesk support, for over 70 locations.

Collaborated on and oversaw deployment of Next Generation Point of Sales Mobile Device Management, Fixed Tablet/ Lifecycle Management solutions, “Store of the Future” retail concepts and pilot programs, Wired Wireless Network Upgrade and Refresh solutions with multiple stakeholders.

Conducted Wireless Network Surveys at all campuses in order to determine best way to optimize wired and wireless networks.

Opened 150 Warner Bros. Studio Stores across 18 countries in 8 years.

Created Authorized Licensed Retail (ALR) Business Model.

Worked closely with Senior Vice President, International Retail Business Development, and local Warner Bros. Consumer Products offices to implement International Retail Business Development strategy throughout Asia Pacific, EMEA, and Latin America.

Developed China Market Entry Strategy for Warner Bros. Consumer Products. Negotiated Authorized Licensed Retail (ALR) contracts in Italy, Greece and Brazil.

Served on AOL Time Warner China Council.

Served on AOL Time Warner Business Development, Content and Marketing Council.

Co-founded Artisan Coffee and Tea Company in 2007.
